How can we help?

There's a real person on the other end. Every message is read and answered.

Contact us

Send us a message

Fill this in and hit send — it comes straight to us. Typical reply within two business days. If something went wrong, tell us your device, the app version, and what you were doing at the time. Prefer email? Write to support@kintotable.com.

We use what you send only to answer you — see the privacy policy.

Getting started

How do I get my family into the app?

One person creates the family "table" during sign-up. Open the Family tab and you'll see a six-character invite code. Everyone else signs up, chooses Join a family, and enters that code. One account can belong to several tables and switch between them.

Can I be part of more than one family?

Yes. Join as many tables as you like — in-laws, roommates, a supper club — and switch between them from your profile. Each table's meals stay separate.

Meals and recipes

How do I import a recipe?

Tap the + button and choose to import. Paste a link from a recipe site, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Pinterest, or browse to the recipe inside the app and save it from there. You can also scan a photo of a printed or handwritten recipe card.

An import came back wrong or empty.

Some sites hide their recipe behind logins, pop-ups, or video players the importer can't read. Every imported recipe opens in an editor before it's saved, so you can fix the ingredients and directions by hand. If a particular site fails consistently, send us the link with the form above — those are the most useful bug reports we get.

Why can't I edit someone else's recipe?

Only the person who published a recipe can edit or delete it. Anyone at the table can log a night they cooked it, rate it, and leave notes — those are yours and don't change the original.

Photos and permissions

Why does the app ask for my camera and photo library?

Only so you can attach a picture to a meal. The app asks the first time you tap to add a photo, and nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly attach it. You can decline and use KinToTable without photos.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open the You tab and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, the meals and recipes you added, and your personal data. It can't be undone.

No longer have the app installed? Use the contact form at the top of this page, pick Delete my account as the topic — or email support@kintotable.com. Either way, send it from the email address on your account. We'll confirm once it's done.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then send us a message.

What happens to my family's meals if I leave?

Meals and recipes you published are removed along with your account. Meals other members logged stay with the table, since they're their memories too.

Reporting a bug or asking for a feature

Use the contact form at the top of this page. The more detail the better: your device and OS version, the app version, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Privacy

What we collect, how it's stored, and how to get rid of it is written out in the privacy policy. The short version: your family's content is visible to your family and no one else, we don't run ads, and we don't sell data.
